The 2013 Building Operating Management Top Products award-winners were selected by facilities professionals as their choices for Top Products that met the criteria of innovation and usefulness to facility managers. The Dynamic V8 Air Cleaning System was selected based on its MERV 13-15+ performance without ionizing or Ozone generation. A dust holding capacity of up to 10 times that of standard cartridge and bag filters means that the filter media loads throughout the 1-inch depth of each of the eight media pads and 360-degrees around each fiber, and maintenance intervals measured in years instead of months.

Environmental Design and Construction (ed+c), the official magazine for LEED® professionals, introduced the Reader’s Choice awards in 2008 to give manufacturers a chance to see how their products stack up in the eyes of readers. These products represent the best of the best in sustainable building products, and those that industry peers feel offer the best combination of sustainable attributes with ease of use and installation in a variety of categories.
In 2012, the Dynamic V8-SL was recognized in the Mechanical/HVAC products category and chosen for its airborne contaminant control, reduced maintenance costs and energy savings. The system is designed to slide into rooftop units where access for filter maintenance is limited, making it an effective solution even in situations where space is limited or impeded.
"We are humbled and excited to take home the EDC Readers' Choice Award," said Duke Wiser, president of Dynamic AQS. "We are continuously striving to raise the bar for clean air quality. To win this award is a huge honor, especially because we were selected by industry peers."
This year's honor marks Dynamic's second year in a row winning an EDC Readers' Choice Award in the HVAC category. See the list of 2012 winners.

“Now in our fourth year, these awards represent the best of the best in sustainable building products,” said Derrick Teal, editor for ed+c and Sustainable Facility. “We are pleased with the selections our readers made, and look forward to showcasing Dynamic and all of the other winners at Greenbuild this week.”
“Selection by the readers of ed+c and Sustainable Facility, the users of our products, is quite an honor,” said Duke Wiser, president of Dynamic. “Our air cleaning system is an excellent tool in terms of reducing the energy and environmental footprint of an HVAC system. Thanks to the readers for voting us the winner this year.” See the list of 2011 winners
