The Dynamic V8® Air Cleaning System is designed to meet the most rigorous performance requirements, coupling maximum effectiveness with unparalleled energy and operational savings. The V8 is used around the world in applications where air quality and decarbonization are mission-critical – including hospitals, pharmaceutical facilities, schools and universities, data centers, clean manufacturing, and LEED® certified buildings.

The V8 leverages the principles of existing Dynamic products and incorporates several important technological advances to create a system that leads the industry in performance.

The V8 operates at MERV 13 to MERV 15 performance, and customers report ten or more times the dust holding of passive filters. This allows for smaller fans in new construction and significant energy and operational savings in virtually any application. In contrast, a standard passive filter array uses up to three times more energy.

With the V8, you don't have to choose between air quality and operating cost.

Further, the mechanisms of the V8 give it an enhanced ability to capture dangerous ultrafine particles – which are not counted in MERV tests – and adsorbed odors and contaminants. The V8 has a “zero bypass” seal and typically does not require a pre-filter. It can be configured to fit a wide range of equipment and retrofit applications.

Dynamic makes an active field polarized media air cleaner, that utilizes electrostatic forces to enhance particle capture and loading, while maintaining low pressure drop. That saves the customer on energy and maintenance all while providing better air quality.

V8 should be protected during construction projects. V8 would not be used in applications with large conducting particles/metal particles, or combustible compounds. 6. We don’t recommend using the V8 in applications where the ambient temperature consistently exceeds 140°F.
